Kauai Beach Resort

E Pili Kākou is proud to partner again with the beautiful Kauai Beach Resort in Lihue as the event host hotel and to provide our attendees with special guest room rates. Rates are $249 per night (plus taxes and fees)  based on single or double occupancy. Maximum guests per room is four. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Room reservations can be made to the Hotel as follows:

• Credit Card Guarantee: The Hotel will require a one-night room deposit plus applicable taxes at the time each individual attendee’s reservation is made in the group block.
• Individual Call-Ins: Individuals may make their room reservations by contacting the Reservations Department at 808.246.8582. Please ensure that you speak to an agent at our property and not at the central reservation’s office.
• Group Identification: In order to receive the Group rate, it is important for participants to identify themselves with the E Pili Kakou group.
• Online Booking: For your added convenience, individual attendees may also book online at www.kauaibeachresortandspa.com by entering 4652981 in the GROUP CODE box in the Book Now feature.

Cut Off Date

Reservations must be made prior to January 16, 2023 in order to obtain the Group rate.

Reservations made after the Reservation Cut-off Date will be made on a space available basis at the Hotel’s current guest room rate.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Individual reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival and any no-shows are subject to a one (1) night’s room and applicable taxes penalty.
